1. No Return & No Refund Policy

All products purchased from Ziyara Fashion are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Requests will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Product has a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect product has been delivered

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (IMPORTANT)

To raise any return or replacement request, an unboxing video is compulsory.

👉 No return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

Unboxing Video Guidelines:

  • The video must be one continuous recording
  • The parcel must be shown in sealed condition at the beginning
  • The product must be clearly visible
  • The video must not be edited, cut, or altered

The unboxing video will be used as proof to verify the issue.


3. When Requests Will Be Accepted

A return or replacement request will be accepted only if:

  • The defect is clearly visible in the unboxing video
  • OR an incorrect product has been received

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


4. Product Disclaimer

As Ziyara Fashion products involve detailed fabric and design work:

  • Slight colour variations
  • Minor differences in print, embroidery, or stitching

are natural and not considered defects.
